All Ability Levels Welcome 

Whether you are a recreational skier looking to improve fitness and ski technique or a master looking to improve your race results, our programs will help you REACH YOUR POTENTIAL.

Our training activities are structured so that the beginning fitness enthusiast and the experienced athlete train together, learning from and supporting each other in a cooperative setting. The team environment will help you reach fitness levels that are difficult to achieve training by yourself.  

Our programs will not only improve your skiing ability but also your strength, conditioning, mobility for all the activities you participate in.

We structure training activities with balanced intensity and volume, developing endurance, speed and power while providing individual attention to each athlete. Training, appropriate to seasonal conditions, includes skiing, trail running, hiking, ski walking, optional roller skiing, track workouts, games, and agility. Opportunities to attend pre-season on-snow camps and race trips are also available.

Training Details:

  • 5x, 3x or 2x sessions/week options

  • Structured training program led by coaches with longtime national and international experience, and an MS in Exercise Physiology and Sports Science

  • Individual training plan to help you achieve your personal goals

  • Ski technique coaching and video analysis (winter season)

  • Seasonal meetings to discuss physical and mental training, technique progression, and nutrition needs

  • Field testing and time trials (Summer, Fall, Winter)

  • Racing opportunities, regionally, nationally, and internationally (year-round program)

  • Waxing and racing coordination and support (year-round program)

  • A schedule with training details and locations is emailed each week, with communications also on our TEAM REACH app.

Adult Masters Year-Round Training

May 13, 2024 – March 29, 2025 

If your active lifestyle requires you to be fit all year round, ready for any adventure that presents itself, one of these four options is for you.  The year-round athlete knows that peak fitness isn’t something you turn on and off but builds over the summer and fall culminating in your best winter ever.

A year-round fitness program allows you to do more than train for a specific event or season - it is part of a lifestyle to improve your mental health, longevity, cognitive functioning and performance in multi-sport activities. 

The year-round program is our best value, with the lowest cost per session, taking into consideration that life involves travel, family and work commitments that prevent you from attending every session. Choose between 5x, 3x or 2x a week options. All abilities welcome. 

  • 215 total sessions, $11/session

    For the athlete who wants to leave nothing to chance. a complete program to build strength, power, speed and endurance.

    Training, appropriate to seasonal conditions, includes strength training, skiing, trail running, hiking, ski walking, optional roller skiing, track workouts, games, and agility.

    This program offers our lowest cost per session.

    Specific workouts will focus on improving aerobic capacity, V02 max, power, speed, and endurance fitness. Training, appropriate to seasonal conditions, includes skiing, trail running, hiking, ski walking, optional roller skiing, track workouts, games, and agility.

    All abilities welcome.

Adult Masters summer

This is our period of aerobic and strength base building, allowing us to achieve even higher levels of fitness in the fall and winter! Choose between 5x, 3x or 2x a week options. All abilities welcome.

    Choose between the focused intensity and speed workouts on Tuesday and Thursday or the longer, endurance training on Saturdays. Training, appropriate to seasonal conditions, includes trail running, hiking, ski walking, optional roller skiing, track workouts, games, and agility.

    All abilities welcome.

Adult Masters FALL

This is the season to set intention on developing your fitness specifically for skiing, whether cross-country or downhill. Choose any of the four options below to get ready for your best ski season ever! 

  • 40 sessions, $22.50/session

    Includes training activities with a balance of intensity and volume, developing endurance, speed and power while providing individual attention to each athlete. Training, appropriate to seasonal conditions, includes strength, skiing, trail running, hiking, ski walking, optional roller skiing, track workouts, games, and agility.

    Choose two sessions per week between the focused intensity workouts on Tuesday and Thursday or the longer endurance training on Saturdays. Training, appropriate to seasonal conditions, includes trail running, hiking, ski walking, optional roller skiing, track workouts, games, and agility.

Adult Masters WINTER

Nov 4, 2024 Mar 29, 2025

During this season we will transition from dry-land workouts to on-snow Nordic skiing. Our on-snow training continues to develop and build our physical fitness using a combination of intervals and endurance sessions. Ski technique drills are incorporated into each session.   Ideal for the skier who has a ski race they want to peak for, whether it is the West Yellowstone Rendezvous, Boulder Mountain Tour or the World’s Masters.

We provide instruction for classic and skate skiing. This is the season of fun physical fitness! Choose between our 5x, 3x or 2x a week programs.  

  • 105 sessions, $15.24/session

    Includes training activities with a balance of intensity and volume, developing endurance, speed and power while providing individual attention to each athlete. Technique instruction and drills are provided for both skate and classic skiing. The 5x week program includes two sessions of strength training.
